Due to the nature of digital content, once the product has been delivered or accessed, no refunds will be issued, even if you have not yet downloaded or used the content.
Why?
Our materials are energetic in nature, and delivery of these products grants instant access to sacred teachings and resources. Once received, the energetic transmission cannot be undone.
2. Private Sessions (Reiki, Mentorship, Energetic Mental Reprogramming)
All 1:1 sessions are non-refundable once booked.
However, if you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting us at:

Missed sessions without notice or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are not eligible for rescheduling or refund, as your time was reserved exclusively for you.
3. Group Programs, Live Events & Webinars
Group events, masterclasses, and live trainings are non-refundable, even if you are unable to attend live.
All purchases include replay access (unless otherwise stated), allowing you to benefit at your own pace.
4. Subscription Services (If Applicable)
If you are enrolled in a subscription (e.g., monthly membership or digital library access), you may cancel at any time. However, refunds are not provided for any payments already processed, including partial months.
